Please read carefully before booking. By placing a deposit, you confirm acceptance of these terms.
Deposit policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit is deducted from the final cost on completion of the tattoo. Deposits cover design time and reserved studio time.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment forfeit the deposit in full. No-shows forfeit the deposit and may be declined future bookings.
Rescheduling policy
Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 72 hours' notice, retaining the original deposit. A second reschedule requires a new deposit.
Age requirement
Clients must be 18 years or older. No exceptions are made under UK law, including with parental consent.
ID requirement
Government-issued photo ID (passport or driving licence) is required on the day of the appointment. The appointment will not proceed without valid ID.
Medical disclosure
Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies or pregnancy before the appointment. Some conditions require a GP letter. Failure to disclose may result in the appointment being cancelled without refund.
Refund policy
All tattoo services are non-refundable once completed. Concerns about the work must be raised within 7 days.
Touch-up policy
One free touch-up is offered within 12 weeks of the original appointment, provided aftercare has been followed. Touch-ups requested outside this window are charged at the studio's minimum rate.
Liability disclaimer
Clients accept that tattoos are permanent and carry inherent risks including but not limited to infection, allergic reaction and uneven healing. The studio is not liable for outcomes arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions or non-disclosure of medical conditions.
Photography consent
Photographs and video may be taken of the tattoo (not the client's face unless agreed) for use on Instagram, website and portfolio. Clients may opt out in writing before the appointment.
